Bella Dahl blouse (c/o), vintage sweater/belt/blazer/boots, Buffalo by David Bitton jeans (c/o, ripped knee was my doing), Asos hat, Stella and Bow bracelets (c/o, I, II)
I bought this belt in a Toronto-based vintage leather goods store last year and just the other day I realized it was long enough to wrap into a harness-esque stituation, which I've been experimenting with on-and-off for a few days. I love how simple 'n edgy it looks, even if it breaks up an ensemble a little awkwardly, it keeps things interesting.
So what's going on here? Western-grunge? I dunno either, but a recent viewing of Born to Lose: The Last Rock 'N Roll Movie via The Cast's blog has me ridiculously inspired by the punk/glam rock scene in NYC during the late 60's-early 70's. Seeing that movie after going to 1993: Experimental jet Set, Trash and No Star at the New Museum has me on this underground NYC kick. I've been ripping my jeans and piling on a bunch of randomness. If you haven't seen the documentary, I highly suggest you get on that.

I really like your new layout and this outfit as usual is very interesting. I like how you used the belt. The only thing I don't like about your new layout is that I like to read your writing and then comment after looking through photos. I have to come back up to the top to leave a comment instead of being able to leave one at the bottom. I just wanted to let you know!
