So my boyfriend & our friend Moishe acquired this insanely adorable puppy this past week. Everyone meet Rance! He is (we're guesstimating) about 15 weeks old, and although we are still not 100% sure what his breed is, he is nonetheless mind-numbingly adorable. He's very shy and still in the process of getting used to his surroundings, but that makes him all the more sweet!

Before the surprise meeting with Rance, I was out 'n about for classes & previews con Natalie (as per usual). The temperatures dropped a mad bunch this week, so the sweater was adequate enough for warmth...until the sun went down. Then it sucked.

I try to wear this necklace almost every day. This very cool gold chain holds a monogrammed ring that my Mom designed for me when I was about 8 or 9 years old. It's of course too small for my hands now. The other charm is a Venetian glass pendant that my grandmother bought during a trip to Italy. Both of the pieces together jangle about when I walk, which is kind of comforting, kind of like my loved ones are with me as long as I wear it.
